Citizen Rights are a legal agreement between a Government and it’s Citizens. These are a list of things you absolutely can not be arrested for, ticketed for, penalized for or made to request permission to exercise.
Citizen Rights are permanent, non-rescindable, non-revocable, the Government can not require its Citizens to register or document when these rights are exercised and the Government can not force Citizens to obtain a license to exercise these rights.
